These terms and conditions apply when you use scoobyartsandcrafts.com or place an order with Scooby Arts & Crafts. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Products
Our paint kits and decor are handmade. Photos show examples, and your piece may vary slightly in colour, texture and size. Painted examples show what’s possible; kits arrive unpainted with paints and a brush.
Safety
Paint kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Children should paint with an adult nearby. Plaster pieces are decorative, not toys, and are not food-safe.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Deals, such as mix and match pricing and group pricing, are applied automatically in the cart and can’t be combined unless stated. We may change prices or end promotions at any time, but this won’t affect orders already placed. If a price is shown incorrectly by mistake, we’ll contact you before processing the order.
Orders
We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or there’s a pricing error, and we’ll refund you in full. Group and custom orders are confirmed by email.

All photos, designs, text and our Scooby branding belong to Scooby Arts & Crafts. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Reviews and photos
By sharing a review or photo with us, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We may remove content that’s inappropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law for these terms and conditions
