Here are quick answers to the most common paint kit questions, from what comes in the box to orders, shipping and pickup.
Paint kit questions
What comes in each kit?
Each kit has hand-cast plaster figure(s), 3 paint pots and a brush, so you have everything you need to start painting. Extra paint pots are $0.50 each. Also, you can add glitter, a magnet or an extra brush in your cart.
How does the mix and match deal work?
Our paint kits are $8 each, or any 2 for $15 and any 3 for $20. Mix any designs you like. The discount is added automatically in your cart.
What ages are the kits for?
They’re made for kids and families, and adults enjoy them too. Young children should paint with a grown-up nearby. Plaster pieces can be small, so keep them away from babies and toddlers.
How do I care for finished pieces?
Let the paint dry completely, then display your piece away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is a flat $8, and it’s free on orders of $35 or more.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. However, delivery time depends on where you are.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Choose Free pickup in Windsor at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you the pickup address and a time that works for you. When we’re at a local market, you can also pick up at our booth.
Groups and custom orders
Do you do school, class or party orders?
Yes! Group prices start at 10 kits: $6.50 each for 10+, $6.00 for 25+ and $5.50 for 50+. You can see your price and order on our Schools & Events page, or ask us for a quote or invoice first. Please allow about 1 week.
Can I request a custom or personalized order?
Yes, contact us about custom designs, personalized gifts or large quantities, and we’ll work it out with you.
