Our shipping policy covers where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes and how free local pickup in Windsor works.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Shipping policy: cost
- Canada: flat rate $8 per order
- Canada: free shipping on orders of $35 or more
- United States: flat rate $15 per order
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Our kits are handmade in Canada, so they qualify for duty-free entry into the US under CUSMA. Depending on the carrier, a customs or brokerage fee may occasionally be charged on delivery.
Processing time
- Ready-made kits and decor: usually ship within 2–4 business days.
- Group, school and custom orders: please allow about 1 week to make your order before it ships or is delivered.
After that, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. We’ll email you when your order ships.
Local pickup
Live in or near Windsor? Choose Free pickup in Windsor at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you the pickup address and arrange a time that suits you. Please bring your order number or the name on the order. When we’re at a local market, you can also pick up at our booth.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or your package hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Damaged in shipping
See our Refund & Returns Policy. Damaged items are replaced or refunded.
